Planning guide

Keep one handover note with the approved display message, the product identity, supplier instructions and the person to contact when something needs review. Separate confirmed arrangements from questions still waiting for an answer.

What to put in your brief

Keep decisions in one place

Record the campaign dates, exact approved message and the date of the latest artwork proof. Name the person who can approve changes. If several people share the task, give each the same version of the note.

Attach the instructions for the actual product

Keep the model name and supplier instructions with the handover. Arizona Balloon Company distinguishes sealed helium products from continuous-blower displays. Ask for guidance for the equipment you actually receive rather than transferring procedures between formats.

Make unanswered questions visible

List items still awaiting supplier or property review, who is following up and when a reply is needed. Record receiving and storage contacts. After the campaign, add any service questions before the next team plans another display.

Prepare your weekend campaign handover

Add the information you know. Review your note before copying it or opening an email draft.

This tool prepares text in your browser. It does not send a request, store your answers, calculate a price or reserve a display.

1. What are you planning?
2. Where and when?
A city or venue name is enough to start.
Optional. Timing must be confirmed with your quote.
3. What else should we know?

* City or venue and first display day are required. You can attach site photographs later when you send your inquiry.
